i just had my first shot of wheatgrass. i was really afraid because i was looking up how to use the juicer to get the shot of wheatgrass and one link said something like “if you don’t eat healthily, don’t take a wheatgrass shot because you will throw up.” i eat somewhat healthy, but i’m not like a health freak, so it was very disconcerting, and i was very apprehensive...

Novel Idea.
In reference to my last post, I now think all restaurants should list the basic nutritional information on their menus or at least post it somewhere where people can read it at the restaurant. Restaurants wouldn’t like it, but I sure would.
